Our intensive one on one coaching is designed to reflect and respect the existing whole self with the desire to change. Coaching Philosophy
We believe, to paraphrase the Philosopher Galileo, ‘You cannot teach a person anything. You can only help that person discover things from within’. We take a reflective approach to coaching, focused on meeting the needs of Senior Executives, providing a confidential, non-judgemental environment where they can be heard and understood. Often within an organisation it is difficult for Senior Executives to receive open, candid feedback that constructively assesses their behaviours. Our aim is to become a trusted advisor to the Coachee. We achieve this through a combination of active listening, posing challenging questions and providing candid feedback. In partnership with the Coachee, we facilitate the opportunity to envision a new future state, assisting them inbuilding a plan to deliver that future state, as well as developing tools to ensure sustainable behavioural change.
