Mentoring

For those who demonstrate a greater degree of self-awareness, we offer intensive one on one mentoring to focus on Commercial Thinking and the Decision-Making process. We believe that not all decisions are equal and the approach to decision making needs to reflect the relative needs of that decision. We work through an agile process to bring the appropriate rigour and thinking to enhance the quality of business outcomes.

Mentoring Philosophy

To paraphrase Benjamin Disraeli “The greatest good you can do for another is not just to share the riches of your knowledge, but to reveal to another their own”. We take an agile or iterative approach to Mentoring. We seek to think through business opportunities and challenges by adding an external objectivity, building on the Mentees strengths, broadening their perspective and creating a decision-making process that is fit for purpose. We seek to be an independent advisor, a sounding board for the Mentee.
 
Not all decisions are equal they can be categorised into groups that require an appropriate amount of analytical rigour combined with intuition. We play the role of ‘devil’s advocate’ to challenge the Mentees thinking, we bring tools and past experience to add value to the decision making process.

Executive/Senior Management Coaching Program – Foundation Package

• Initial ‘Chemistry Check’ meeting with Mentee
• Objective setting Mentee and Sponsor
• 90 minute one on one, face to face Mentoring sessions
  • Building a foundation – 3 weekly sessions
  • Consolidation - five sessions every 3 weeks
• Conclusion Meeting Mentee and Sponsor
  

Executive/Senior Management Coaching Maintenance Package
(available only for Mentees that have been through the Foundation Package)

• Objective setting Mentee and Sponsor
• 90 Minute one on one face to face Coaching Sessions
  • Six meetings every 3 weeks
• Conclusion Meeting with Mentee and Sponsor
