We believe the most effective Executive Teams demonstrate both tangible and intangible unity within the business. These teams consistently deliver better business performance over sustained periods. They also demonstrate consistent authentic behaviours and speak a common performance language. To achieve this result, individuals require the space to make a full and open contribution. Through a series of semi structured interviews, tools and workshops, we help Executive Teams achieve this. Each Executive is a very strong individual contributor however, it is their team behaviours that provide the secret recipe to deliver those synergistic benefits. The approach:
Step one: Establish the current foundation through a survey, a series of semi structured interviews and a workshop.
Step two: Workshop - Envision the future state. In this workshop we look at attributes of effective teams, what makes them different and why they are seen to be more effective. Then we develop a future state framework for your effective Executive team.
Step three: Identify the gaps and set an action plan to close the gaps. This is achieved through a series of individual interviews.
Step four: Workshop - Bring it all together in a commitment workshop where the ‘Laws’ of your team and feedback framework are established
