The most consistently successful businesses have created tools, a framework and a language of Leadership. The framework creates a space broad enough to operate in effectively while maintaining boundaries that are appropriate to deliver business goals. The tools and the language provide the operating system that makes the business run effectively.
We believe that Executive Leadership is a behaviour that uses social influence to optimise the efforts of other team members towards the achievement of business goals. To be effective, Leaders need to understand which constructive behaviours promote this and which destructive behaviours lead to sub-optimisation. There needs to be a set of Leadership principles to which the whole organisation is committed, actions that demonstrate commitment and a language that supports a common understanding.

Step one: Establish the current foundation through a survey, a series of semi structured interviews and a SWOT analysis.
Step two: Workshop: Envision the future state. In this workshop we look at attributes of Executive Leadership, understand what great leadership looks and feels like. We also examine what the consequences of negative Leadership behaviours are.
Step three: Establish the ‘Principles of Leadership’ for your business, create the ‘Language of Leadership’ and develop the tools to ensure commitment.
Step four: Develop the feedback loop to ensure relevance is maintained.
Each of these programs is individually tailored to meet the needs of your Executive Team.
